Ali Ghanim Al-Kuwari: We seek to build a distinct generation in beach volleyball

Ali Ghanem Al-Kuwari, head of the

Federation of Aircraft, stressed the difficulty of the Qatar 1 and 2 teams in

the Katara Beach Cup due to the strength of the participating teams.

Al-Kuwari said in statements to

the media yesterday that the federation supports the two teams to appear

honorably during the tournament, especially that Qatar Team «1», is pregnant

Al-Kuwari said that all the

delegations to the tournament praised the organizational level of the

best tournaments.

Al-Kuwari thanked the officials

of the Cultural Foundation (Katara), headed by Dr. Khalid Bin Ibrahim

Al-Sulaiti, Director-General of the Cultural Foundation of Katara, for your

great cooperation to make the Katara World Cup a success in its second edition.

“The championship takes a

turning point in sport and tourism. Since the first edition of the championship

last year, we have been working with the Cultural Foundation (Katara) to build

on the great expertise that this institution has in promoting the tourism of

the State of Qatar, Sports and community events throughout the year, in order

to increase tourism in Qatar and promote the heritage and originality of the

state.

He added that the federation is

working hard to prepare and build a distinguished generation in the beach

volleyball game, in view of the good reputation that Al-Aamas enjoys and its

presence among the top ten in the world. He pointed out that there are plans in

the Union of the game to form teams in the coming period to participate in

continental and international championships.
