Welcome to the Qatar Volleyball Association

The Qatari team came in second place in the 23rd Arab Men’s Volleyball Championship, after losing to its Bahraini counterpart with a score of (1-3) in the match that brought them together today at the conclusion of the championship hosted by Bahrain, with the participation of 8 teams.

The results of the match were (17-25), (18-25), (25-21) and (16-25).

The Qatari team qualified for the final after defeating the Tunisian team with a score of (3-1) in the semi-final match, while the Bahraini team qualified at the expense of the Omani team with three clean sets.

The Qatari team qualified for the semi-finals in the championship after defeating its Iraqi counterpart with a score of (3-1) in the quarter-finals and after topping Group Two in the group stage with a full score by defeating the Saudi team with a score of (3-1), then its Jordanian counterpart (3-0), and the Kuwaiti team (3-1).

Eight teams participated in the tournament, divided into two groups. The first group included the teams of the Sultanate of Oman, Iraq, Tunisia and Bahrain, while the second group included the teams of Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
